Mid-Week Service Returns
September 9th
Would you like to:
- “Top up” your prayer life mid-week?
- Sing some lovely hymns together?
- Hear some great contemplative, compassionate, and deeply reassuring reflections on Scripture?
Then join us Wednesdays at 4:30pm (just before the Community Meal) starting September 9th for a short prayer service in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd. You’ll be done in time for the Dinner Doxology!
Mass on the Grass
September 13th
Join us Sunday,
September 13th at 10am for Mass on the Grass, a service that takes place on the lawn of St. Paul's. Stick around after the service for lunch at the Parish Picnic and to learn more about St. Paul's ministries at the Ministry Faire.
Parish Picnic
September 13th
This year following the Mass on the Grass with Brass service (10 a.m. Sept 13), HYB Community Catering will provide carne asada, al pastor and grilled veggies for tacos along with rice, beans and water. Please bring a store bought dessert to share.
HYB is an outgrowth of HYB Counseling and is designed to "give youth a positive identity and a way to build new connections to the community" following the 2024 shooting in Bush Park.

The best sale in town! That’s the word from our community shoppers!
Our rummage sales began humbly in 1932 to make just enough money to buy a stove for the parish hall. And now we are providing not just for our parish ministries, but also for many community programs that serve those in need. Our Spring 2026 sale made over $17,000.00 to give away! Should we try for $18,000.00 this fall?
Begin by gathering your unwanted, unloved, no longer used or forgotten items. You know, the ones hiding out in the back of drawers and closets or just hanging out in your garage! Donation Dates are October 2nd, 3rd, and 4th between 9 am and 4 pm. It’s sooner than it feels, so fill up those bags, tubs or boxes! Just make sure they are clean and work!

November 1st
The 3rd Annual Craft Faire will be on Sunday, November 1st, from 9 am to 2 pm in Steinberg Hall. Our format will be different this year as we are opening it up to parishioners and friends who want to sell items they make.
