Parish Administrator

I was born and raised in Southern California until I was 12 when I moved with my family to Burns, OR. After high school I went to college, got married, moved around Idaho, Nevada and Oregon. We had two children, Danielle and Rusty and moved back to Burns in 1984 where we lived until 2004 when we moved to Salem. Our children are both grown, our daughter is married to Josh and has given us a beautiful grandson, Connor.

I worked for Treasure Valley Community College for 13 years running the Harney County off-campus site, teaching classes and doing GED training. I also was the CASA (court appointed special advocate) Volunteer Coordinator for Grant/Harney Counties. I was an elected school board member and active in 4-H, and the local Wrestling club (for my son not me). I went back to school and got my AA degree, then a BA in Liberal Studies with minors in education and language arts. I completed my Master’s in Computer Technology in Education. All these degrees were achieved while living in Burns and doing on-line, distance education classes.

I have worked for St. Paul’s for three years now and I love the people and opportunities to grow that this position has brought me.
